Terms & Conditions of Hire
1. The price quoted includes Car, Chauffeur, Ribbons (in chosen colour) and Silk Floral Display (where possible). Any additional extras requested by you must be paid for, or supplied to us at the time of final payment.
2. A deposit of £75.00 per car is required on booking, the balance must be paid no later than one month prior to required date. Cheques made payable to I. Wilton. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations of less than three months notice before the required date; the total outstanding balance will be payable.
4. Please be aware Vintage cars have exterior grease nipples and hinges. No claims for damage to clothing however caused will be entered into.
5. We will endeavour to make your day as happy and carefree as possible, in the unlikely event of a mechanical failure we reserve the right to substitute the hired car with a similar (if possible) car.
Failing all else we will gladly refund the full hire price. This is the extent of our liability.
6. No other trips will be undertaken unless pre-booked and paid in advance
7. Wilbian Wedding Carriages hold the client responsible for all damage to the vehicle if caused by them or any of their guests.
The signing of the booking form is your acceptance of all our terms and conditions set out here
